Design fiction is a design practice that consists in « intentionally using prototypes to explain the change ». Stéphane Vincent, co-founder of the French not-for-profit association La 27e Région and Yoan Ollivier, co-founder of the agency Vraiment Vraiment, will describe through practical examples how governments and local authorities start using design fiction in order to re-interrogate the future practices in policy making, public planning, public management and policy instruments. »
